Michael Zimmermann leads Green Earth Realty as the Founder and Managing Partner, bringing a wealth of expertise and vision to the firm. After graduating from the University of Texas, Michael began his career in retail by joining his family business where he built foundational knowledge of sales and operations.   In 2004, Michael transitioned to Marcus & Millichap, specializing in Retail Shopping Center sales. There, he developed a deep understanding of investment strategy, property marketing, and transaction management within the commercial real estate sector.  Recognizing the value of ownership, Michael soon began investing in retail shopping centers and, seeing the need for dedicated management, he founded Green Earth Realty. His goal was to provide exceptional management and leasing services not only for his own properties but also for a growing roster of third-party clients.

Michael has assembled a dynamic, high-caliber team at Green Earth Realty—professionals who share his commitment to integrity, responsive service, and value creation for clients. Under his leadership, Green Earth Realty has grown into a respected, full-service real estate firm recognized for its personalized approach to property management, leasing, and investment services.

Following Steven’s graduation from the University of Texas at Austin in 1994, he served as the Director at the Gallup Organization, where he developed a strong foundation in data-driven strategy and organizational leadership. Introduced to commercial real estate by his brother Michael, he has earned a reputation for being a trusted, accessible partner who prioritizes tenant satisfaction and owner returns. He manages over 20 properties housing 400+ tenants.

With over a decade of experience in commercial property management and leasing, Steven is recognized for his strategic insight and hands-on leadership. As the driving force behind a diverse portfolio of more than 1.8 million square feet across Texas, Ohio, Michigan, Louisiana, and Alabama, Steven’s expertise spans operational efficiency, value creation, and long-term tenant relationships.

Following his graduation from the University of Arizona, Michael DuBois began his professional career as a financial advisor before advancing to Director of Service at Switchplace Corporate Housing, where he supported Fortune 500 companies with employee relocations. Michael launched his real estate career in 2005 as a licensed realtor, later joining Green Earth Realty in 2015 with a primary focus on property management and leasing.

In 2017, Michael joined Pride Commercial Properties, where he expanded his specialization in retail property management and leasing across Texas, while continuing to oversee properties out of state through Green Earth Realty. With over a decade of experience, he has been instrumental in the management of more than 50 retail properties, ranging from small neighborhood centers to large regional power centers like Twelve Mile Crossing at Fountain Walk in Novi, Michigan.

Michael delivers a comprehensive suite of services, including property management, landlord and tenant representation, and investment sales. He has successfully closed transactions for a wide variety of clients, securing deals from boutique retailers to big box leases up to 48,000 square feet. Michael is committed to providing the highest caliber of full-service asset management and leasing, ensuring that each client’s real estate investments are well-managed, profitable, and positioned for long-term success.

Inna Fisherman serves as Controller and Lead Accountant for Green Earth Realty, overseeing all financial operations and reporting since 2011. With nearly thirty years of accounting and finance experience, Inna brings exceptional expertise and reliability to the firm’s financial management.

She began her accounting career at a real estate subsidiary of Hunt Oil Company and has since held financial roles at CBRE and several other commercial real estate firms in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Her extensive background in real estate finance and accounting ensures the highest standards of accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in every aspect of Green Earth Realty’s operations.
